HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for seasonal sessions, mini sessions and milestone moments. Availability is limited to ensure every family receives a relaxed, unhurried experience.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to get started, including your contract and questionnaire. If you’d like a little extra help with outfits, you can request my Styling Guide when completing your questionnaire. The week of your session, I’ll be in touch with all the final details so everything runs smoothly. Then all that’s left to do is arrive, relax and enjoy the experience while I capture your story.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
Absolutely. Life happens. If you need to reschedule, simply get in touch as soon as possible. Where availability allows, I'm always happy to find another date that works for everyone.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. Flexible weekly and fortnightly payment plans are available for all sessions. Your balance simply needs to be paid in full prior to your session date.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I'm based in Moree, NSW, photographing families, businesses and brands throughout North West NSW. Sessions are available outdoors, in your home or in my Prairie Studio (coming soon).
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. Travel within 30km of Moree is included. For locations beyond this, travel is charged at $2 per kilometre.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
My style is relaxed, natural and story-driven. I focus on genuine connection, honest emotion and the quiet in-between moments, creating timeless images that feel authentic to you and your family.
WE'RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. IS THAT OKAY?
Absolutely. Almost everyone tells me this before their session. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do, I'll gently guide you while allowing plenty of space for natural moments to unfold.
WHAT IF MY CHILDREN DON'T COOPERATE?
That's completely okay. Children are never expected to sit still or smile on command. My sessions are child-led, relaxed and flexible, allowing time for exploring, cuddles, snacks and little breaks when needed. Often, the moments parents worry about become their favourite photographs.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Neutral, earthy tones and soft textures photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on your connection. Once you're booked, if you choose you'll receive my Styling Guide and I'm always happy to help you choose outfits if you're unsure.
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS RUN?
Session lengths vary depending on the collection you've chosen. Every session is thoughtfully designed to allow plenty of time without feeling rushed, creating space for genuine connection and natural moments.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
The number of images you'll receive depends on the collection you've selected. Every gallery is carefully hand-edited and thoughtfully curated to beautifully tell your story.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR GALLERY?
Your online gallery will be delivered within four weeks, although many galleries are completed sooner. During busy periods this timeframe may vary slightly. Need your gallery sooner? Priority Editing is available, with delivery within 72 hours.
HOW ARE OUR IMAGES DELIVERED?
Your photographs are delivered in a beautiful private online gallery where you can easily view, download, share and purchase professional-quality prints and keepsakes.
DO YOU OFFER ADD-ONS?
Yes. Alongside your digital gallery, I offer a range of beautiful keepsakes including fine art prints, photo books, wooden USBs, calendars, magnets and highlight reels, allowing you to enjoy your memories for years to come.
DO YOU SHARE CLIENT IMAGES?
Only with your permission. Your privacy is always respected and I will never share your images without your consent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER ISN'T GREAT?
Weather is all part of the adventure. If conditions aren't safe or don't suit the vision for your session, we'll simply reschedule. If it's a little cloudy, misty or even gently raining, we may still go ahead. Some of my favourite images have been created in beautifully imperfect weather.
WHAT IF WE'RE RUNNING LATE?
Please let me know as soon as possible. Session times may need to be adjusted depending on my schedule that day but I'll always do my best to accommodate where possible.
CAN WE BRING PROPS OR PERSONAL ITEMS?
Absolutely. Personal or sentimental items are always welcome and often make your gallery even more meaningful. Whether it's a family heirloom, your child's favourite toy, a special blanket or something unique to your story, I'd love to include it.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP OUR IMAGES?
Your gallery remains available online for a limited time, so I recommend downloading your images as soon as possible and backing them up in multiple places. While I keep backups for a period after delivery, long-term storage cannot be guaranteed.

For weddings, elopements, branding, content creation, commercial work, corporate businesses, marketing campaigns or custom events, simply send through an enquiry or request a personalised quote.
STEP two
Secure your booking
Once you've booked your session, you'll complete a short questionnaire and sign your contract to officially secure your date.
This allows me to tailor every session to you and your story.
STEP three
Plan the Details
In the lead-up to your session, we'll finalise your location, timing and any finer details. You'll also receive my Styling Guide if requested and I'm always here to help with outfit advice or answer any questions.
STEP four
Your Story Unfolds
Arrive at your session, relax and simply enjoy the experience. I'll gently guide you where needed while allowing genuine moments to naturally unfold.
